What do we mean when we talk about mindfulness? For me, it’s seeing things as they are. It’s being truly present in both the challenging and the joyful moments of our lives – and all the extraordinary moments in between.
I am especially interested in the opportunities that arrive with welcome and unwelcome changes of life, including divorce, new parenthood, the empty nest, employment transitions, and the process of dying.
Varied, intensive training Certifications & Trainings in Buddhist, yogic, spiritual, and psychological traditions have encouraged me to see the world and each person in it from many different perspectives. I integrate methods of seeking in my customized approach with each person I have the privilege to work with.
